Additional information
Drivers must be at least 26 years old. There is no limit on the number of drivers, provided that each additional driver is registered at the time of contract signing.
Passengers can be any age.
Infants and small children must have appropriate seating. Please contact us if needed.
Insurance is included and covers both the passengers and the vehicle, except for the vehicle's wheels and the interior. Any damage to a vehicle not covered by the included insurance will be repaired at the expense of the customer.
Japanese electronic toll collection system (ETC) is included.
Gasoline vehicles are delivered with a full tank, and electric vehicles are delivered with a full charge. There is no need to refill or recharge the vehicle upon return.
