There are two types of adjuster sleeves. The short version (AD43-15A303-AB) and the long version (AG33-15A303-AA). Which one you need depends on your tail lights, so please check before ordering.
 
Ordering Options
Foam Seals Only: This includes three foam seals, which is enough for one tail light.
Full Kit (Long): This includes two long adjuster sleeves (AG33-15A303-AA) and six foam seals, which is enough for both tail lights.
Full Kit (Short): This includes two short adjuster sleeves (AD43-15A303-AB) and six foam seals, which is enough for both tail lights.
